Founder & CEO of Boca Raton Custom Homes
As the son of a very successful custom home builder in the Boston area, Barry virtually grew up in the construction business. After completing his graduate degree in 1975 and over the next 20 years, Barry built a large number of high-end custom and spec homes in some of the wealthiest and most exclusive suburbs in the Boston area. His homes can be seen in Brookline, Newton, Weston, and Marblehead. In that same 20 year period, Barry built $170,000,000.00 worth (at cost) of ultra-high-end homes on Nantucket Island, the site of some of the most expensive residential real estate in America.
In 1995, Barry relocated to Boca Raton. He continued his real estate activities by incorporating Boca Raton Custom Homes and building multiple ultra-high-end custom and spec homes in some of the most expensive and prestigious neighborhoods in South Florida.
After more than 40 years in the business, Barry still enjoys working closely with clients from the earliest conceptual stage to the completion of their projects. Attention to the smallest detail and a total focus on 100% customer satisfaction continues to guide Barry’s activities every day.
Jeffrey Barker is a 4th generation South Florida native and he brings almost 3 decades of construction, real estate, and land planning experience to BRCH. His experience in construction includes luxury single-family homes and condos, restaurants, offices, and large-scale apartment buildings throughout South Florida and across the country. His attention to detail and eye for creating spaces makes him an invaluable asset in the luxury home industry.
Jeff is a licensed Florida General Contractor and also a licensed Florida Real Estate agent. After attending the United States Air Force Academy for 4 semesters, he earned his BA in Urban Economics from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He followed that up with a Masters Degree in Public Administration from FAU at their Fort Lauderdale campus. He has worked on the municipal side as a City Planner in the city of Boca Raton and he has worked for luxury home builders, land developers, and also as a small business owner. He has served on several municipal boards and he is currently on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Coconut Creek, where he lives with his wife.
As a co-owner of BRCH, Jeff continues to demonstrate his commitment to the highest-quality results for all of his projects. He knows, at the end of the day, that a great reputation is the most valuable selling point for both new and repeat clients.

Sebastian grew up in a family that owned several “Bed and Breakfast” hotels in Argentina. Skilled with his hands from a very early age, he was a valuable asset to the family business. Sebastian holds a degree in Hospitality Management and he went to work for the Hilton Corporation once he finished his studies. Because of his keen interest in construction, Sebastian went to work for Boca Raton Custom Homes in 2015. He became a very skilled cabinet maker and cabinet finisher. With Sebastian’s passion for construction and with his extraordinary people skills honed by many years in the hospitality industry, Sebastian was promoted to his current position in 2018.
Sebastian brings a singular devotion to every project he directs. With his superior knowledge of all the trades involved in every project, Sebastian is a very “hands-on” manager. Without exception, all of Sebastian’s clients rave about his attention to detail, his commitment to excellence, and his absolute and total focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
Agostina was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated from the University of Business and Social Sciences in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management.
After finishing her studies, Agostina went to work for American Express where she was in charge of training coordination and logistics, internal communications, performance management processes, and general HR assistance to employees. After a number of years, she continued her professional career at Accenture Consulting where her main roles were project and change management and Human Resources Specialist providing support to project leads, tracking project actions and issues, and reporting on the project’s status.
With over 13 years of experience in different management roles, Agostina decided to continue developing her career outside of Argentina. She joined BRCH at the end of 2021 to run all of the administrative and financial functions at the company.
